Covid-19 cancellations?
In case of Covid-19 restrictions (closed resort or flight cancellation), the customers can cancel a booking up to 72h before travelling and get a full refund -2% (our bank charges) or a full voucher for another transfer in the next 18 months.
Which transfers are offered? offers only private transfers and tours. The vehicle will be occupied only by your party, you will be driven to your door (except pedestrian areas).
Which vehicles are used? uses cars, people carriers, minivans or coaches depending on needs and availability for your transfer. You may select a specific FIRST or PREMIUM service (with supplement) to choose your vehicle category.
Will I have room for all my luggage?
Each passenger may have one piece of luggage and a handbag, if you require more room, you may select an option like Skis, Snowboards, Bikes... Space+ is a way to have more room available, in case of any doubt... please contact .

Yes, all fares are 100% All Inclusive without any unexpected hidden fees.
Can I transport a child pushchair?

How will I find my driver
Your driver will wait for you with a sign displaying your name or at the reception. Three days before each transfer will email and SMS you the driver's contact number.

Yes very easily, you can contact by email, SMS or WhatsApp from 9am to 11pm to book. The booking confirmation is sent instantly.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a link to your online booking, from there you will be able to check your booking status, download or print your confirmation, tickets and invoice. Three days prior to your departure, you will receive a transfer reminder by email and SMS.
Is it possible to stop during the journey?
Yes, you can ask to stop during a long journey (coffee, tea or sandwich ...) just ask the driver. If you need a longer stop (supermarket, restaurant) select the option on the booking form.
Is it possible to amend a booking?
Yes, it is possible to amend your booking very easily, free of charge. Email or use the booking message to update your details.
How do I pay my transfer?
A deposit is requested to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid online before departing or in cash (only EUR) to the driver (above 8 passengers the balance has to be paid two weeks before departing).
Are the online payments 100% secured?
Yes, your payment is entirely secure as it is directly entered on the bank secured webpage (3D verification system). It is impossible for to know your credit card details.
