In case of Covid-19 restrictions (closed resort or flight cancellation), you can cancel a booking up to 72h before travelling and get a full refund -2% (our bank charges) or a full voucher for another transfer in the next 18 months.

Driver didnt speak much English, but was able to communicate and get us to the location in prompt time. Thought it would be more difficult to get close to the chalet in a coach, but worked for us.
