Which transfers do SKIcab offer ? |
SKIcab does only 'Private Transfers' , the vehicle will be occupied only by your party, you will be driven to the door of your Hotel or Residence (except technical problems like low parking gates). |
Is it safe to book online with SKIcab ? |
Yes. No payment is requested before SKIcab has checked and confirmed availability for your transfer. All online payments to SKIcab are totally secured by  . |
Is it possible to book by telephone ? |
Yes. You can contact SKicab by telephone from 9am to 11pm to book. The confirmation can be sent by SMS if you don't have access to your email box. |
Is it easy to contact SKIcab ? |
Yes, you can always contact SKIcab by phone or by email. On your transfer confirmation, you will have all needed information. |
Which vehicule will I have for my transfer ? |
SKIcab uses Cars, Minibuses, Coaches or People carriers depending on needs and availability for your transfer. You may select a specific FIRST or VIP service (with supplement) to choose your vehicle. |
Will I have room for all my luggage ? |
Each passenger may have one piece of luggage, if you require more room for extra luggage, you should specify on booking, to ensure a large enough vehicle. (SKIcab may apply a supplement) |
Can I transport a bike or a child pushchair ? |
Yes. To make sure SKIcab provides you with the right vehicle, you need to clearly indicate your special needs on the booking form (Special requirements zone) (SKIcab may apply a supplement) |
Will I receive a booking confirmation ? |
You will receive an actual confirmation with all the details about your transfer (dates, times, adress, information ...) and travel vouchers each way to print and give to the driver. |
How will I find my driver at the airport ? |
Your driver will wait with a sign displaying your name. In case of trouble due to queues in the aiport SKIcab will send you information on your mobile. |
What happens if my flight is delayed ? |
SKicab will wait for you one hour free of charge without notice. For delays of more than one hour you should contact SKIcab ASAP to find a solution for your transfer. (waiting hour supplementf 25e/h if not advised) |
Can we change the pickup times ? |
The pickup times are calculated to be ontime at the airport, they might be changed by SKIcab in case of traffic difficulties ... (high density traffic and snow) |
Can we organise a ski tour with SKIcab ? |
Yes, if you'd like to discover another ski-resort for one day, SKIcab can organise your day for your maximum pleasure ... transfers, guide, restaurants ... |
